The speck festival takes place in Saint Maddalena that welcomes many visitors every year in this valley where was born Reinhold Messner.
Besides the possibilities to taste the Speck of Alto Adige, it’s possible to enjoy of a program rich in activities like cutting speck and his creative compositions.
According to the tradition, on Monday the Speck Queen distribute the surplus of speck to the participants.
